a fully staffed office with brand name awareness that

• Private Office setting at $1,195.00 monthly
• Semi Private Office Setting at $799.00 monthly
• Private Desk at $395.00 monthly
There are no other hidden charges! These fees include the
use of the entire admin staff, receptionist, fax and phones,
use of the board room and a generous photo copy service.
We are located in AAA class buildings that you will be
proud to have your clients visit. This is NOT an Executive
Center offering, or some quasi-office time share.
Cash Next advertises and seeks new customers primarily
via the web. We receive countless applications for loans
and financing in all types of categories throughout the
USA and Canada. In addition, we have created a network
consisting of several hundred “Loan Consultants” throughout
North America.
These Consultants are adept at generating
new business leads and they need your assistance to “underwrite” or
place these deals. We will pass you the leads generated
through our website or through one of our several hundred
Loan Consultants. We receive leads daily and we will split
commissions with you on a 60/40 basis regardless what incentive
package you choose: Gold Silver or Bronze.
In addition, we will add your name to our exclusive reverse
auction vault (eFC) where you can dialogue directly with
the Loan Consultants all across the country, and the member
banks who subscribe to the vault. This technology will
amaze you and your clients! The use of the vault is included
in your monthly fee.
When you secure funding for your clients, or the Loan
Consultants, you can advise, update, submit, dialogue and
reverse auction via the vault (eFC) throughout the entire
Cash Next network.
We hide nothing!
Here is how the program works for the Loan Consultant.
First, we teach them the lending business. We supply them
with all the forms, manuals, training, and EVERYTHING they
could possibly need to carry out their daily business.
We charge them a modest fee for this service. When they
secure funding for clients, for whom they did not reverse
auction via the vault (eFC), meaning they did not send
to an Underwriter to assist in placing the deal, they will
complete the transaction themselves and earn 100% of the
fees.
If they chose to co-broker with us, meaning they
sent the loan application to a member Underwriter to be
funded, we work together with them to provide financing
with a prospective lender on a split fee basis of 50/50.
You guessed it! You keep 40% of the gross proceeds with
10% retained by Cash Next!
